We are a group of homeowners devoted to making community living easy and enjoyable for everyone. For residents, the Homesites are Squaw Creek, utilities are provided through a combination of private companies (propane, internet, etc) as well as the Olympic Valley Public Service District (water, sewage, garbage, and its own Olympic Valley Fire Department).

As of April 15, 2020 the Olympic Valley Community is officially recognized as a "Firewise Community." This is a resident-led effort which the Fire Department is supporting.
